simplex Pro - Polling
This article explains what polling is and how you can use it with simplex Pro.
What is a polling?
Extend the attention span of your viewers with the voting and polling feature. Allow your viewers to participate in one or more polls on a specific topic, exactly when you want them to. The simplex solution is designed so that viewers can click to have the questions displayed right at the screen. (Even in full screen). And if you wish, you can present the results directly on the screen. Easy to use for you as a publisher. Exciting and thrilling for the viewers.
How do I enable polling in simplex Pro?
Step 1:
Create a new live project in simplex Pro, go to the studio and switch the status to live.
Step 2:
On the left you will find the tab «Poll». The eye indicates that the polling feature in simplex Pro is active, but the poll has not yet been published.
Step 3:
With «Add Poll» you add a new survey.
Step 4:
In the library you will find a new, empty survey.
Step 5:
Complete the survey with a question and the corresponding answer options. The «Multiselect» option allows viewers to select multiple answers.
Step 6:
In the middle of simplex Pro, select the question. Enabled polls are colored orange. On the right you will find the results of the survey.
Step 7:
Activated polls are superimposed directly on the live image for the viewers. This allows your viewers to select the correct answer in the player and confirm it with "Vote".
Step 8:
In simplex Pro you can observe and monitor the results of the surveys.
Step 9:
You can show the results to your viewers. And you can do it when it's just right.
Step 10:
This is how viewers see the results that are displayed. To do this, simply click on "Publish Results".
